Annapurna Sharma is mostly known by the name Anna Sharma. She debuted as an actress in the Nepali film industry with the movie “Jerry” opposite Anmol K.C. For the movie Jerry she also won the Best Debut Actor (NEFTA Film Awards). Anna’s mother Rachana Gurung Sharma is also a former model and has worked as a Choreographer in the Miss Nepal competition events. It’s maybe because of this relationship her style and fashion are always on point.
During an interview given to Kantipur Daily, she told that she grew up seeing the paparazzi fame of Hollywood actors and actresses and secretly wished to be in public limelight someday. An avid reader of English fiction books, Anna wants to further her career in the Nepali movie industry, but also on fashion designing.
Apart from her Debut movie “Jerry” she has also played in other movies such as “Gangster Blues” and “The Man From Kathmandu”.
