Asmi Shrestha Look Book Gallery
Asmi Shrestha is a Nepali model who won the title of Miss Nepal in 2016. She also represented Nepal in the Miss World 2016 where she managed to get to Top 5 in Beauty with a Purpose subtitle. Prior to that she was a popular model and a TV presenter and was the winner of Face of Classic Diamond Jewelers in 2014. Asmi started her modeling career at the age of 16 from her debut with Classic Diamond Jewellers in 2010.
She was also featured in Sonam Tashi Gurung’s music video called “Birsana Sakinna” in 2012.
As a model, she always likes to keep it real. Her style is cool and not over the top. As she said,
I try to keep it as simple and subtle as possible. More than making an impression, I would say dress up to make yourself feel better and confident.
Asmi Shrestha is known for her cool personality. She has always been an inspiration for other Nepali models who are trying to get in the modeling industry. Regarding style and outfits,
I would definitely stick to subtle colors. I feel like no outfit should outshine a woman’s personality. It should complement instead. Then a perfect blend will be created.
Apart from fashion, she has also teamed up with My Emotions Matter which is an education company. They provide workshops to various groups like students, working professional and also teachers. Right now, they are conducting sessions named ‘Start Here’ for youths to help build their self-confidence which we all know is one of the major problems of Nepali youths.
Regarding her future in the Film Industry, it is definitely not on her list.
